- Roof replacement at the IHS Hospital in Wagner, SD, roof replacement at the BIA Administration Building, #2001, Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The period of performance will be a total 120 calendar days, each location will be 60 days, the project will be done in two (2) phases, a notice to proceed will be issued for each phase. IFB-241-05-OM-3537 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. Project magnitude is 100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This is an Open Market Acquisition. The Indian Preference Clause in employement and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
