- Solicitation for NSN 1650-00-056-6097 / FPG05012000850, P/N: 9672259-10, KIT,REPAIR PARTS,BOOSTER MECHANISH ASSY,MAJOR OV. Export Control & Configuration Control applies. This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. An ?Export Control? Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a critical application item. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 293 each with a 100% quantity option. The required delivery schedule is 120 days ARO. FOB is Destination and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
