- Description
- The U. S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the national Safe Skies Alliance, 2057 Alcoa Highway, Alcoa, TN for the provision of operational testing and evaluation services of an access control system. National Safe Skies Alliance provides a unique source of extensive knowledge and background specific to the needs of the USSS. Based on the requirements of this solicitation the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. No formal solicitation package or specifications are available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Any response to this requirement must be received by 4:00 PM on February 07, 2005. Award is anticipated within four (4) days of this notice. See Note 22 - insert "4 days" in lieu of "45 days."
