- The purpose of this modification is to publish the decision based on the Service Disabled Veteran -Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Sources Sought Notice posted in FedBizOpps on 12/09/04 under modification #2, PR-HQ-05-10133, modification #2 for the Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands (Region 2), Emergency and Rapid Response Service (ERRS). EPA has determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to set-aside the procurement advertized under PR-HQ-05-10133 for SDBVOSB's. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This procurement has been transferred to the EPA Region II Office. Please continue to check the FedBizOpps website for information on this procurement which is being set-aside for SDVOSB. Information on this procurement will be posted by the U.S. EPA- Region II Office. The Region II Website is http://www.epa.gov/region02.
