- The US Govt. currently leases app. 109,000 BOMA RSF of office and related space in Rockville, MD. The Govt. is conducting a competition for this requirement. The space should yield app. 109,000 BOMA RSF of office and related space. The Govt. will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors proves favorable. The cost of moving, replication and impact on agency mission, among other things, will be considered in the relocation decision. Occupancy is required no later than 11/15/2005. PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE:BUILDING NAME AND ADDRESS; CONTACT INFORMATION AND E-MAIL ADDRESS OF LESSOR'S REPRESENTATIVE; BOMA RENTABLE & USABLE SF AVAILABLE AND RATE PER SQUARE FOOT; COMMON AREA FACTOR FOR AVAILABLE SPACE BY FLOOR; SETBACKS FROM THE BUILDING. THE TERM OF THE LEASE IS FOR FIVE (5) YEARS WITH THREE ONE (1) YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NEED THE OPTION TO TERMINATE UP TO 40,000 BOMA RSF OF SPACE AT THE END OF THE SECOND (2ND) LEASE YEAR.
