- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with InterStudy Publications, Waltham, MA for the following: 3 sets of Data/directory/analysis on Managed Health Care programs, HMO & PP0. To include: access to 1EA 2000 HMO plan level and county level. 1EA Acess to 2003HMO plan level and count level, and acess to 2003 PPO plan level and county level data. The data will be used to measure correct number of enrollments in two types of managed care plans in each county for the entire US. The dataset is proprietary to Interstudy, and Interstudy is the sole organization to collect different types of managed care plan's enrollment data at the county level for the entire nation since the early 1990's. This requirement is for the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA 93943. Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. Anticipated award date 8, February 05. Justification and Authority is FAR 6.302-1.
