- Solicitation Number N6893604R0071 Response Date February 15, 2005 Contract Specialist Nancy Landeros, 805-989-1880 PCO Nathan Simpson, 805-989-1303 The Naval Air Depot Jacksonville, Florida (NAPEP JAX) and the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, California, plan to hold a site visit/video presentation on 17 February 2005, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the Ramada Inn, 3130 Hartley Road, Jacksonville, Florida, phone number for the Ramada is 904-262-8020. The video presentation is in lieu of a site visit to NADEP JAX. This requirement is for Production services associated with the Naval Air Depot Jacksonville, Florida (NADEP JAX). The services to be obtained under this procurement will be for AIR Code 6.3 to include transporting components, managing warehouse operations, operating cross services program, processing engine and engine component inductions, processing Depot level repairables inductions, building & maintaining toolboxes and performing inventories, performing production control services, operating and maintaining mega centers, providing environmental support, and performing equipment ! management. All questions will be submitted in writing and responses will be made in writing via an amendment to the solicitation. Attendance at the briefing will be limited to two representatives from each responding company. The briefing will be unclassified. Copies of the presentation can be purchased for $10. The format will be DVD compact disc. Checks must be made payable to the US Treasury.
