- The USPFO for New Mexico has a requirement for 11 Civilian Contractor Positions for Warrior Transition Course (WTC) at the New Mexico National Guard, 1/515th Regiment, Regional Training Institute (RTI). The requirement seeks five (5) positions for Te chnical Specialist Instructor; three (3) positions for Technical Specialist of Company Training, Supply, and Administration; one (1) position for Technical Specialist of Operations and Planning; one (1) position for Technical Specialist of Logistics and Su pply and one (1) position for Technical Specialist of Personnel Administration starting around May 2, 2005. Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the active U.S. Army, Army Reserve, and/or National Guard and must have a minimum of two (2) years college (60 semester hours or equivalent) in any field of study. The Personnel Administration Position must have previously been awarded a fully qualified rating the Personnel Administration field (MOS 71L and MOS 75H) along with the previo usly stated requirements. The Logistics and Supply must have previously been awarded a fully qualified rating in the Logistics and Supply field (MOS 92A, 92Y or MOSZ) along with the previously stated requirements. The contract will be for one year. The official release of the solicitation will be on or about February 15, 2005.
