- The Defense Contracting Command-Washington is Requesting Quotations on RFQ Number W74V8H-05-T-0022 for accounting services in performing and independent compilation and review and provide an accurate accounting of all funds appropriated to the Army u sed to fight the Global War on Terrorism for the period October 2001 through the end of fischal year 2004 in accordance with the Statement of Work and Evaluation Criteria attached at the RFQ. The RFQ can be downloaded at our webpage at: http://dccw.hqda. pentagon.mil, then go to SERVICES, then RFPS. Locate the RFQ Number cited above. You should be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration arena. The solicitation is set aside 100% Small Business.
