- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, pr oposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for (1) Mamiya 645 AFD Camera Body (as per salient features attached), and (1) 80mm Mamiya AFD lens (as per salient features attached). Additional requiremen t information: Salient features of both items and Proposal Summary which must be submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained electronically under: http://www.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. The solicitation document and incorp orated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 dated 29 Jul 02. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334119 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We will select the best-qualified source as a result of this synopsis on an All or None Basis. Offerors must provide Brand Name only, in order to match existing equipment. We p refer to make payment by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award if you are selected. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.203-6 Alt I, FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37, FAR 52.225-13, FAR 52.222-41, FAR 52.222-42 (52.232-33, 52.232-36).
