Description

Arnold AFB, TN has a requirement for work that consists of removing the existing floor coating, repairing the floor, and installing a new floor coating system in Building 1456, HAZMAT Facility, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. All existing concrete floor surfaces within the areas as indicated to receive new coatings shall be surface prepared as per the specifications. These areas include the corridors, storage bays, spill pits and curbs. This includes removing the existing coatings and expansion/control joint materials. The approximate total area is 18,000 SF. All imperfections, including cracks and holes in the existing concrete floor surfaces shall be repaired. The repairs shall include removing the affected concrete completely and refilling with epoxy/grout, per the specifications. The Period of Performance is 60 days after notice to proceed. FOB Destination. The order of magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
