Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0134 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2004-24. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 541511 and small business size standard $21,000,000. (v) (1) Vibralog Odyssey Program Kit.(vii) Delivery is to take place 60 days ARO. FOB Destination is preferred to 3217 S. 1st St., BLDG 1447, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.(ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
