Description: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. This roofing system consists of a layer of sprayed in-place urethane foam roof insulation covered with a white elastomeric coating (approximately 4,100 square feet roofing surface ? contractor to verify). See numbered note # 29. **The proposed contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. Offers from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns will not be considered.
