- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female federal offenders located in San Bernardino/Riverside Counties, California area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Community Corrections Center, amended through May 2004.? This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type of contract. The estimated number of beds needed are a minimum of 13 inmate bed spaces and a maximum of 30 inmate bed spaces. The following is breakdown of the requirements: Base Year: 11/01/2005 - 10/31/2006, Minimum Guaranteed inmate days - 4,745, estimated maximum of 10,950 inmate days; Option Year 1: 11/01/2006 - 10/31/2007, Minimum Guaranteed inmate days - 4,745, estimated maximum of 10,950 inmate days; Option Year 2: 11/01/2007 - 10/31/2008, Minimum Guaranteed inmate days - 4,758, estimated maximum of 10,980 inmate days; Option year 3: 11/01/2008 - 10/31/2009, Minimum Guaranteed inmate days - 4,745, estimated maximum of 10,950 inmate days; and Option Year 4: 11/01/2009 - 10/31/2010, Minimum Guaranteed inmate days - 4,745, estimated maximum of 10,950 inmate days. This facility shall be located within this defined boundaries: Southern boundary consisting of the 91 Freeway between the State Highway 57 and the I-210 on the Western edge, and the I-15 Freeway to the east, extending north and east to the Nevada State border, within the San Bernardino and Riverside county lines. The solicitation will be available on or about March 1, 2005 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0859-WR will be on or about April 29, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
