- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC) services for male and female Federal offenders in Cleveland (within the city limits), Ohio area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Comprehensive Sanctions Center, amended through October 2003.? This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 85% male and 15% female. The following is the breakdown of the requirements: Base period 04/01/2006 - 03/31/2008 45,322 inmate days; Option year 1 - 04/01/2008 - 03/31/2009, 22,995 inmate days; Option year 2 - 04/01/2009 - 03/31/2010, 23,360 inmate days; and Option year 3 - 04/01/2010 - 03/31/2011, 23,725 inmate days. The solicitation will be available on or about March 1, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0855-NE will be on or about April 29, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
