- NSN 6610-00-886-6998, Damping, Assy. An ?Export Control? TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Requested delivery is 139 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 120 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 30 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
