- DESCRIPTION: NSN: 1095011258470. Bell Crank Assembly. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Only the following sources and part numbers are acceptable: Klune Industries Inc. part number (05DN8) 1534AS217; Raytheon Technical Services part number (072E5) 1534AS217; Solo Enterprise Corp. part number ( 09245) part number 1534AS217; and Marvin Engineering Co. Inc. part number ( 32067) 1534AS217. Quantity of 441 each to be delivered within 400 days to Tracy, CA (220 each) and to Norfolk, VA (221 each). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 12, and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of February 18, 2005. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Government First Article Test and Production Lot Test required. DD Form 1423 containing necessary information to submit a quote is included with the solicitation as an attachment.
