Description: The Government intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), a purchase order to Congressional Quarterly, for renewal of a weekly print and on-line subscription with training and telephone support for assigned users. Congressional Quarterly provides access to CQ.com, a legislative-tracking and congressional news Web service via an on-line subscription. Congressional Quarterly is the publisher of and maintains sole proprietary rights to CQ.com. This requirement is to purchase subscription services in support of the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters and Defense Contract Audit Agency offices.
