Description: Remove and dispose of all tar paper including asbestos mastic curretnly wrapped on two (2) 24" chill water pipes around fiberglas insulation. Each line approx 1600 feet in length and located in the violet chill water tunnel which is considered confined space for the U.S. Capitol Power Plant. All lines and valves will be recovered with a PVC jaceting .020 inch thickness and banded with stainless steel or aluminum strapping.
