U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) currently has a requirement for software testing support services for the Office of Information and Technology, Testing Branch, located in Springfield, VA. CBP contemplates a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to be awarded against the successful quoter?s Schedule 70 contract. The BPA will be effective for a base year with four one-year options. The estimated BPA value is NTE $25,000,000. This is a total small business set-aside; the NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 and the size standard is $21.0 Million in average annual revenue. Representation of small business size status will be required. Sensitive but unclassified information is integrated into the RFQ. SW-CMM(C) Level 3 or higher (or CMMI-SW(C) Level 3 or higher) is highly preferred and may be used as a determining factor in establishing a competitive range, if a sufficient number of quotes are received from Level 3 firms. This competition is limited to Federal Supply Schedule 70 contractors.
