- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award on the basis of other than full and-open competition a contract to Terma A/S of Demark for HE-5AS star tracker system. This proprietary system is compatible with NRL?s existing test equipment and electrical, software, and mechanical interfaces already developed for this star tracker. Vendors who feel capable of providing the system stated above shall fully identify their interests and submit, in writing, information documenting their capabilities to meet the requirements stated above within 15 days after publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis, and will not be considered.
