- Description
- The contract will be to provide fully Contractor operated and maintained multi-engine airplane services consisting of one multi-engine airplane (Cessna T-337, Aero Commander 500S series or equal) in support of the Bureau of Land Management wildland fire management programs at each of four locations. An aircraft will be based at St. George, Utah; Tooele, UT, Boise, ID, and Minden, Nevada. The Contractor will be required to hold a current Federal Aviation Administration air carrier and operating specification for the category and class of aircraft required under the contract which are: airplane, multi-engine, VFR, IFR day/night, passenger, and cargo. The Contractor will be required to operate and maintain the aircraft under 14 CFR, Part 135. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for three additional years with an exclusive use period beginning approximately June and extending into September. See the solicitation for specific periods. Projected solicitation issue date is 1/28/05. Set aside for small business.
