- The work required under this specification provides for the mowing, trimming, and edging of semi-improved grounds in the public use areas at Texoma Lake, Oklahoma and Texas. Work is to start April 1, 2005, with four option years. This procurement i s advertised as a Commercial Item using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 4, 2005 and will be provided in a printed hard copy format free of charge. Registration for plans and specification s must be made via our Internet home page at www.swt.usace.army.mil; select Contracting, Current Solicitations. No phone calls to order please.
