- Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles necessary to perform maintenance services within the parks/areas of the Beaver Lake Project Office, Roger s, Arkansas. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery firm-fixed price contract including but not limited to: Carpentry, painting, plumbing, site work. Contract period shall be from 01 March 2005, or date of award, whichever is later, throug h 28 February 2006, with options to extend through 28 February 2010. Solicitation will be posted on the web. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of bid WILL NOT be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 3 Fe bruary 2005. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division Internet website (address below). The date and time for receipt of bids will be on or about 24 February 2005, 10:00 a.m. local time. Numbered Note 1 applies. The following NAISC code 561210 will apply with a size standard of $30,000,000.00.
