- SUMMARY OF CHANGES CLIN 0001 The CLIN extended description has changed from Outside diameter shall be 1.561 inches. Anodes shall have an iron core 1/8 inch nominal diameter or larger. Length is the overall length, including the iron core. A distance of 1 1/8 inch of i ron core shall be exposed on each end of anode. REQUIRED CCR REGISTRATION: Prior to bidding, vendors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system, including creation of an MPIN number. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accom plished, at www.ccr.gov. By submission of a bid, a bidder acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Refer to CCR clause (either 252.204-7004 or 52.204-7). 2. OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Prior to bidding, vendors must complete online the Representations and Certifications. To do so requires CCR registration, including an MPIN number. Instructions may be obtained, and required information ma y be entered, at http://orca.bpn.gov. The following have been added by reference: 52.212-5 (Dev) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (Deviation) JAN 2005 Contract Clause 52.212-3 is hereby added to this solicitation. Contract Clause 252.212-7001 is amended to include a check at 252.225-7036.
