- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS POSTED 01/05/2005, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR NEW INFORMATION IN CAPS. The U.S. Army CECOM Acquisition Center intends to procure the following NSN: 5965-00-043-3463, H-250/U Handset in accordance with drawing # SM-D-889337 REV F. This will be a 5 year IDIQ contract. The estimated maximum quantity is 60,000 a year. The c ontract will be awarded through SEALED BID PROCEDURES. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will shall be considered by the agency. All parties interested in viewing the soicitation and/or submitting a bid should register with the ABOP by ca lling 1-888-414-2677.
