Description

A) Provide telephonic technical assistance by qualified and knowledgeable individuals who are thoroughly familiar with the Phoenix and its operational, interface, maintenance and software requirements. This technical assistance shall be available to any Phoenix user activities 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week. B) Provide material fielding support during fielding of three Phoenix terminals to 112th SIG BN, Fort Bragg, NC. The support consists of processing/deprocessing of terminals, performing destination acceptance test and system technical check-out, inventory of equipment and spares, and provide technical assistance. C) Provide material fielding support during fielding of three Phoenix terminals to 1st SIG BDE, Korea. The support consists of processing/deprocessing of terminals, performing destination acceptance test and system technical check-out, inventory of equipm ent and spares, and provide technical assistance.
