- The Solicitation response date is Feb 23, 2005. Building 8971 dimensions are in feet: fifty three X seventy three (53X73). Answers to questions: QUESTION 1: Will the government be responsible for running main power to the power filters? ANSWER 1: Yes . The government will have someone bring power from the breaker box to the test chambers. QUESTION 2: The statement of work on page 9 call out for one quarter inch steel on the floor and two feet up the walls. Will the thresholds of the shielded doors need to be raised to this height? ANSWER 2: No. The government does not want the thresholds to be much higher than a couple inches. This is so we can easily being equipment and/or vehicles in. The government will build short ramps as necessary.
