- Solicitation for NSN 3130-01-125-6908/ RB050140010000. P/N: 64952-11416-042. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Sikorsky Aircraft, McGill Manufacturing, and MRC Bearings. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=29, O=10 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=10, O=10 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=89, O=80 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=49, O=40. The required delivery schedule is 271 days ARO, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. There is a First Article ? Government and a Production Lot - Government Testing requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
