PRLI: 0001,QTY:156,U/I:EA, Delivery : FOB Destination: 120 days ARO ,New Cumberland,Pa. PRLI: 0002,QTY: 63, U/I:EA, Delivery: FOB Destination: 120 days ARO, Tracy, Ca. Option to increase qty 100%. 12 Trade Agreements Act. Unrestricted. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
