- Amendment #1 to Solicitation Number: M-OAA-GRO-ALPS-05-242 This amendment clarifies the evaluation process for the subject solicitation. The closing date remains unchanged. This solicitation closed January 14, 2005. No new applications will be accepted and no revisions to previously submitted applications will be accepted. After the initial evaluation of applications, the top rated applicants will be interviewed to verify their negotiation, oral communication and interpersonal skills in order to arrive at a final determination of the applicant?s skills in those areas.
