- Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0013 is for the procurement of Distillates & Residuals for ships’ bunkers at various ports in Western/Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Middle East, and India. Distillates are Marine Gas Oil, NSN: 9140-01-417-6843. Residuals are Intermediate Fuel Oil (IFO) 180, NSN: 9140-01-417-6645 and Intermediate Fuel Oil (IFO) 380, NSN: 9140-01-417-6632. The total estimated quantity is 810,486 Metric Tons (MT) of Marine Gas Oil, 293,603 MT of IFO 180, and 628,696 MT of IFO 380. Fuel is to be delivered as ships’ bunkers into U. S. vessels for DoD and Federal Civilian agencies by barge, truck, or pipeline. Ordering period is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2008. Delivery period is October 1, 2004 through October 31, 2008. These are Requirements-Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Contracts. Facsimile offers are acceptable.
