Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from Interpark Incorporated, 1920 L Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20036 for the lease of 53 parking spaces for a period of four months. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes ONLY. No solicitation will be issued.
