- Description
- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for the procurement and delivery of a Tactical Data Network (TDN) and to enhance the file storage capabilities of the TDN by adding a Network Attached Storage (NAS) capability. The solution will be man-portable and modular in design and will augment the existing TDN servers and gateways. The draft description/specification can be found at the MARCORSYSCOM website http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/ctq/tdn.asp where all future updates including the official solicitation will be posted. This effort will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and pursued as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Draft specifications are found at the aforementioned website and comments are requested no later than 7 February 2005.
