- The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, parts, tools, management, supervision and supplies, as required to provide facility maintenance support services, including administration, operation, maintenance and minor repair for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Naval Warfare Center (NUWC), Newport, Rhode Island. Contractor employees performing work must be U.S. citizens. The contractor shall be physically located within 50 miles driving distance of the of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport in Middletown, RI and shall have and maintain a formal relationship with KMC Controls Incorporated as an Authorized Installing Contractor including privileges to receive all restricted proprietary information that is made available by KMC Controls Incorporated to its affiliated agents, distributors, and resellers with respect to product information, software, software updates, and service bulletins. This is a combination firm fixed price/ IQ requirement. NAICS code 811310. Size standard is $6 million. Performance period is for approximately six months with four six month options. The approximate solicitation release date is 1 April 2005 . This solicitation will be available in electronic formal only. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet.
