- Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement the for the Districts Headquarters Building Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning Maintenance. Service is provide all management, supervision, la bor, materials (except as otherwise specified), supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure the effective and economical operation, maintenance, and repair of the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning s ystems. Systems include: air-conditioning equipement and systems, air handling/distribution equipment and systems, electrical equipment and systems, heating equipment and systems, HVAC system controls and monitoring equipment, water treatment equipment a nd systems, and water cooling tower and systems. The building is located at 201 North Third Avenue, Walla Walla, Washington. It is the Governments intent to award a fixed-price contract for a base period and four option periods.
