Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source purchase order firm-fixed price type to: Applied Biosystems 850 Lincoln Centre Drive Foster City, CA 94404. This is for a supplies 0001) TF, BDT v1.1 RR-5000 & SEQ BUFFER part#4337452. The reragents are manufactured by Applied Biosystems and no other entity has proprietary rights on this reagent. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
