- Fort Lewis, WA (Troop Issue), McCord AFB, WA (Troop Issue)require Milk and Ice Cream products for delivery starting June 1, 2005. The contract period will be for a 24 months period. This acquisition will be unrestricted. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the Offeror. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
