- Minot AFB, ND, Grand Forks AFB, ND, Ellsworth AFB, SD, and Offutt AFB, NE, require various quantities of Milk and Dairy products for a twenty-four month period beginning approximately 10 July 2005 and ending 14 July 2007. This will be an Unrestricted Acquisition. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder(s). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Estimated solicitation issue date is approximately February 28, 2005. Solicitations (Requests for Proposals) are no longer mailed to potential offerors (FAR 5.102(d), Availability of Solicitations).
