- THIS NOTICE IS RELATED TO A PREVIOUSLY POSTED SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS UNDER REFERENCE NUMBER PMTSS-T4302. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN THE NAICS CODE FROM 541330- ENGINEERING SERVICES TO 541710- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHYSICAL, ENGINEERING, AND LIFE SCIENCES. THE SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS 500 EMPLOYEES. IT IS OUR DETERMINATION THAT THE NAICS CODE 541710 IS A BETTER REPRESENTATION OF THE REQUIREMENT SYNOPSIZED IN THE PREVIOUS NOTICE. A MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONAIRE IS NOW AVAILABLE UNDER THIS NOTICE REGARDING THE PMTSS PROGRAM. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION CONTAINED IN THE QUESTIONAIRE FOR SUBMITTING YOUR COMMENTS. CAPABILITIES PACKAGES: Vendors who have submitted capabilities packages under the previously posted Sources Sought (PMTSS-T4302) WILL NOT have to resubmit packages under this notice. All packages received under the previous notice will be considered under this notice. Any other Vendors wanting to submit packages for consideration please follow instructions contained in the Sources Sought Synopsis PMTSS-T4302. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JAN-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
