- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotes from vendors for Antifreeze, Nonvolatile Propylene Glycol, (100% Antifreeze) in 55 gallon Drums and palletized. The total quantity required is 3,300 gallons (60 drums). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is combined synopsis notice and constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. The request for quotes for number is (RFQ-05-0270) Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving Printing, D Street Between 13th and 14th Streets S.W. Washington, D.C. 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. Award shall be made on the basis of price alone. All interested businesses are to submit a written quotation, which will consider by the agency. Quotes shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended, any prompt payment discounts, company name, points of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e. small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). Quotation may be made on a SF 1449 or company letterhead. Quotations are due on January 7, 2005 by 2:30 p.m. local time. Quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135 or e-mailed to lorraine.wilson@bep.treas.gov. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-DEC-2004).
