- Project #4TX0234 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Irving, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 9065 rentable square feet yielding approximately 8633 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Irving, Texas to be occupied by The US Army Recruiting Battalion Dallas. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: Bounded on the West ? Valley View/Beltline; North ? Hwy 114; East ? Loop 12; South ? Hwy 183. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about May 15, 2005 and is not negotiable. Special Requirement: None specified. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for ?as is? space and any standard TI?s offered.
