- The General Services Administration (GSA) and Skanska USA Building (Construction Manager) are pleased to announce the bidding of trade contractor work packages for the new United States Federal Courthouse located in El Paso, Texas. The eight-story structure is approximately 237,000 SF and located in downtown El Paso, Texas. The $50M - $55M project is designed by Antoine Predock & BPLW Architects and Engineers. This amendment incorporates the following: Pre-proposal agenda for the Pre-proposal meeting held January 18, 2005 for the new El Paso courthouse project; minutes from this Pre-proposal meeting; most recent Planholders' List for the project and nine items from John Reyhan with Skanska USA pertaining to Skanska's Bid Manual.
