- The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), intends to issue a sole source award to Systems Integration Group, Inc., 9701 Philadelphia Court, Building 17 Suite A, Lanham, Maryland, 20884, for Imaging Document Management System. The enhancements are the Viginette, Inc. Server Software Products including file deployment, licensing, installation, configuration, training, travel and maintenance. The open market items solicitation is in accordance with Far Subpart and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 54151. FAR Clauses incorporated by reference include 52.214-4, Contracts terms and conditions-other than commercial items, June 1999; 52232-34, Payment by EFT-other than CCR, May 1999.
