- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of COMFLEACT Chinae, has a requirement for self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) carbon fiber cylinders. The specifications for the items is as follows:1. Scott Air ?Pak NxG2 (SCBA), 4500 psi, duration 60 minutes, cylinder type is carbon. 2. SCBA carbon fiber cylinder replacement, duration 60 minutes, pressure 4500 psi. FOB Destination: Tracy, Ca 95376.
