Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center/Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure the following: 2 each of a Shear Ring, P/N 627649-2. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Shipto destination: Lakehurst, NJ 08733. All requests for copies of the specifications(drawings) must contain a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact Defense Logistics Information Service at (800)352-3572 or www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/documents.htm. The certified DD2345 shall be faxed to Debbie Dewyea at (732)323-7192 or emailed to same at Deborah.Dewyea@navy.mil to obtain all the applicable specifications. This is the only notification; there will be no paper copies. Please include the following information in your quotation: Company Name & Address, Point of Contact, Phone & Fax Numbers, Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Delivery charges or not, and is your company CCR registered or not. (Central Contractor Registration). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency. Closing date is 11 February 2005. There will be a Pre-Award Survey required for those responses that may be considered for an award. The closing date remains unchanged.
