- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting for the procurement of services entitled Minority Institutions Technology Support Services II (MITSS II). The period of performance is one (1) base year plus three (3) one-year options. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with task orders. Competition is limited to eligible Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions under SIC code (7379). Ordering off of this contract vehicle will be open to all DoD services, agencies, and activities. The work to be performed shall include the following: (1) Program and Task Order Management, (2) Systems Engineering and Telecommunications, (3) Acquisition Management, (4) System, Applications Development, Maintenance and Support Services, (5) Data/Database Management and Administrative Support, (6) Systems Evaluation, Integration and Testing, (7) Program and Information Management, (8) Information Systems Security and Information Assurance, (9) Identify Access Technology Management, (10) Information Technology Training. The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunity website on or about 30 days after the date of this notice.
