- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to extend the service of LexisNexis, P.O. Box 7247-7090, Philadelphia PA 19170-7090, for the following: online access to computerized automated legal research (CALR) services. The period of performance will be from 1 Oct 2004 – 31 January 2005. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of Section 201, 40 U.S.C 501 Federal Property and Administrative Service Act of 1949. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 3:00 p.m CST on 17 Sep 2004.
