- Description
- The work will consist of furnishing and installing rock riprap in Nowata County, Oklahoma. Mobilization, 1 LS; 18” rock riprap installed, 3,214 tons; riprap bedding installed, 803 tons; and hydraulic excavator w/operator, 20 hours; and. All quantities are estimates. Performance time is 17 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $40,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 237990. Bid packets will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov on December 16, 2004. There is a site showing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on December 29, 2004, at USDA-NRCS Dewey Field Office, 205 East 12th, Dewey, Oklahoma. Please note: this site show is also in conjunction with the site show for Washington County EWP (RFQ-NRCS-4-OK-05). Bids may be mailed to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 206, Stillwater, OK 74074, or hand-carried to USDA NRCS, 100 USDA, Suite 213, Stillwater, OK 74074. BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 1:30 P.M. ON JANUARY 5, 2005. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Effective immediately, all contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to being awarded a contract by NRCS. The CCR database is the primary Government repository for contractor information required to conduct business with the Federal Government. Please note NRCS cannot award a contract to a firm not registered in CCR. There are 2 steps to register: (1) Obtain a DUNS number by calling Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-7511. (2) Register in CCR.
