- SEEKS SITE OR EXISTING SPACE TO LEASE IN CAMERON, NC Needed is an offer giving the Postal Service the right to purchase or lease a site of approximately 52,272 square feet net usable land area or lease 5,075 net interior square feet of space. Offerors must own or control the property which must be properly zoned to permit use as a postal facility, or capable of being rezoned for such use without delay of construction. Sites outside the preferred area will be considered if they offer superior location or economic advantages. The Preferred Area is as follows: Within the City limits of Cameron, NC. Offeror must own or control the site and must state the price. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors for purchase, lease or lease with construction. Offers must be submitted on Postal forms obtainable from the Cameron Postmaster or by contacting the Real Estate Specialist in Greensboro, NC at 336/665-2887.
